Question 1

Can using Stelesta cause my Google Business Profile to get suspended?

Accepted Answer

No. Suspensions occur when third-party tools automatically edit sensitive core fields like business names, primary categories, physical addresses, or phone numbers. Stelesta completely locks these fields out of automated execution. We only apply safe updates (descriptions, confirmed hours, attributes, services, photos) using Google's official Business Information API with selective field update masks.

Question 2

How does the 1-click undo feature work?

Accepted Answer

Before applying any change to your Google profile, our system logs the existing state and old value into an immutable database table. Clicking Undo restores the exact prior value to your Google profile within seconds.

Question 3

How do review replies handle patient or client confidentiality?

Accepted Answer

Our reply engine enforces strict healthcare privacy guardrails. Responses never acknowledge medical procedures, patient identities, or client relationships. For negative reviews (1 to 3 stars), replies are never published automatically; they are drafted and held for owner approval.

Question 4

How does the Book button get added to Google?

Accepted Answer

Stelesta utilizes Google's official Place Actions API (placeActionLinks) to register appointment links on verified profiles in supported merchant categories. If your category does not support native action links, we seamlessly connect your appointment URL to the profile's booking destination.

Question 5

Can I white-label Stelesta for my digital agency?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Agency plan provides a 10-location bundle with custom domain routing (via connect.stelesta.com), agency logo and colors, branded monthly PDF client reports, and embeddable audit widgets for your agency's website.
